PressWatch has developed a customer portal for its clients which goes far beyond the possibilities of the normal customer platforms. PressWatch QSI is a communication platform, individual dashboard and customer portal at the same time. QSI stands for Quick, Simple, Intuitive and represents the fast access to all documents as well as intuitive usage of the portal.

Everything at one sight: the Dashboard of PressWatch QSI offers the possibility to structure the dashboard individually for every user. Via "Drag and Drop" the folder can be positioned in any way needed. Individual filters help to sort the available data. For each access individual user rights can be assigned. With just a few clicks the start page can be individualised for each user.

QSI as communication platform: In PressWatch QSI Clippings, Press Reviews or documents can be marked, commented or analysed, and all the information can be customized for colleagues or agency clients. Additionally to all the PressWatch-documents, charts or tables (all types of documents) can be integrated into the portal. Using QSI international companies can control the flow of information from the headquarter to their local units. QSI is offered in German, English and French.
